My girls and I have been participating in the OCTOBER ORAL CARE CHALLENGE from Listerine and Reach. We received a box full of goodies, full of the different types of mouthwash, cool toothbrushes, and floss. I have teenagers so when I saw the kiddie tooth brushes and rinses, I was already thinking of which kids in the family I would pass them on to. But as soon as my big girls got home from school, they were all over the box! They actually wanted the Batman toothbrushes and they were all excited over the blue pre-rinse. LOL!

They actually opened the blue rinse right away and gargled with it just to see how gross their teeth are. So it was no problem getting them to participate in this challenge. They have been using the BLUE rinse especially just to see how well they are cleaning their teeth. They were so into it, that they are actually the ones who got me hyped over these rinses and flossing and brushing. Who knew! They even got me to try the blue rinse even though I had no intention of doing it in the first place. I thought it was just a gimmick for kids to get them brushing. Well guess what, that thing is obsessive! I started paying more attention to how I brush my teeth and paying more attention to the corners that seem to be neglected more often as indicated by the blue rinse. That thing really blew my mind!

Oh, but the good stuff! Let me tell you briefly about the benefits of using a good rinse before I go on and on about that blue stuff. Aside from the blue rinse, there are also the therapeutic mouthwash which, if used for 30 seconds twice daily, will help eliminate a lot of the bacteria and germs that like to vacation in your mouth.
