MY THOUGHTS
This book was part of the Hispanic Heritage Month Giveaway that we hosted a while back and I finally got around to looking at the book as I started hearing more about this Zumba craze going on too. I hear of more and more people who are ascribing to it and Zumba classes are now even offered at the dance studio that my daughter attends.
So the other day, I finally opened my copy. Was I surprised to find that it came with a demo DVD! Well you know how much of a fan I am of books, but when it comes to learning something physical like dance moves, there is just nothing like a visual demonstration. The more I read about Zumba, the routines and the suggested recipes, the more I am inclined to think that this may be something that my girls and I can get into.
We have been talking about getting more fit and this is certainly cheaper and more fun than getting on ellipticals or other exercise machines. And according to my facebook friends, it certainly has worked well for them. So stay tuned, we may do an update on how we’re doing with Zumba.
